Shel-Al Campground, North Hampton, NH - Our Camp Facilities Page

Our campground consists of 200 sites, 55 with full hookups for RV's and travel trailers. For tents and tent trailers, we have 35 sites with water and electricity, 60 sites with 20 amp electric service and 50 basic sites (no water or electricity). Although not in a wooded setting, our sites are grassy, most with shade. For a look at the layout of our campground, you can view our Campground Site Map Page. Two sparkling clean bathhouses with metered showers, a large well equipped game room, a delightful playground area, and a camp store furnishing essentials round out our primary facilities. A fire ring is provided on all tent sites, but is unavailable on full hookup sites. Feel free to check with our office for other options.

Our Playground Area
Children (and their moms and dads) love our extensive playground and large open area for ball games, volleyball, Frisbee throwing and kite flying. Adults can enjoy horseshoe pitching, our basketball hoop and shuffleboard.

Our Game Room
For those less than perfect weather moments, (although it rarely rains on Shel-Al!) we have a spacious game room equipped with a coin-operated pool table and electronic games, ping-pong, foosball, and a reading and jigsaw puzzle area. The comfortable farmer's porch allows you to relax and enjoy the summer breezes. For the computer enthusiast, the porch is also a great place to access the wireless internet.

We pride ourselves on providing clean, modern restrooms, with flush toilets and metered hot showers. Our guests often remark on their meticulous maintenance.

Our Office and Camp Store
As you enter our campground, you'll see our office and camp store to your immediate left. Stop here and we'll get you registered and on to your site as quickly as we can. Many essentials may be found here, as well as firewood and ice.

One of our Tent Sites
This is one of our 145 tent sites. As you can see from the picture, it is a grassy site with just enough trees to provide a comfortable amount of shade. Although we have a two week limit on our tent sites, you can see that these folks have made theirs a comfortable place to spend their time.
